- Restoring sensation to numb or disconnected parts

- Beginning to track sensations, emotions, and impulses

- Listening to the body’s messages

Phase 4: Processing & Release

- Moving through stored emotions and trauma

- Allowing the body to complete interrupted survival responses

- Discharging stuck energy

- Grieving what was lost or never had

Phase 5: Synthesis & Coherence

- Weaving new awareness into daily life

- Creating alignment between beliefs, feelings, and actions

- Establishing new patterns of wholeness

- Living from integrated awareness

Phase 6: Embodied Living

- Making choices from body wisdom

- Moving through the world with presence

- Responding rather than reacting

- Experiencing life as a whole, unified being
