What Happens in a Session?
Welcome & Arrival
We begin by helping your nervous system settle into the space. You’ll have time to arrive, breathe, and transition from the outside world.
Check-In & Intention
We’ll explore what’s present for you today—what you’re noticing in your body, emotions, or life. Together we’ll sense into what wants attention.
Embodiment Practice (60-90 minutes)
This is the heart of the session. I’ll guide you through somatic practices tailored to what’s emerging:
- Breath awareness and regulation
- Body scanning and sensation tracking
- Gentle movement or posture exploration
- Emotional processing and release
- Touch-based support (only with explicit consent)
- Resourcing and nervous system regulation
- Integration of what’s surfacing
You’ll remain fully clothed and in control throughout. Everything is offered as invitation, never instruction.
Integration & Closing
We’ll allow time for your system to settle and integrate the work. We’ll discuss what emerged, any practices to continue at home, and how you’re feeling as you prepare to return to your day.
