My Approach

I believe that true healing happens when we stop treating the body as a problem to be solved and start listening to it as a wise messenger.

For too long, many of us have been taught to override our body’s signals, push through discomfort, and live disconnected from our physical selves. When trauma occurs—whether a single event or years of accumulated stress—our bodies hold what our minds cannot process. This creates fragmentation: parts of us go offline, sensations become numb, emotions get stuck, and we lose our sense of wholeness.

Embodiment Integration is the gentle, intentional process of coming back together.

My Journey

My path to this work began with my own journey of healing and integration. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from my body, to live with symptoms that don’t make sense, to carry trauma that talk therapy alone couldn’t touch. I’ve experienced the frustration of repeating the same patterns while intellectually knowing better, and the pain of feeling blocked from the life I wanted to create.

Through my own embodiment practice and training in multiple schools of Psychological, Medical and Holistic modalities , I discovered that the body isn’t just where we store pain—it’s where we find our way back to wholeness. I learned that the patterns we can’t break and the emotions that overwhelm us aren’t problems to fix—they’re invitations to integrate what’s been fragmented.

I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to this work. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I’m here as a guide, a witness, and a companion on your journey home to yourself.
