What to Bring & Expect
What to wear: Comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. Think yoga wear or soft casual clothes rather than restrictive jeans or formal attire.
What to bring: Just yourself. Water and tissues are provided. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you like to process through writing.
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle. If you’re running late, please text—we’ll make it work however I do work back to back with my treatments.
After your session: Many clients feel tender, open, or processing after deep embodiment work. Consider giving yourself gentle time afterward rather than rushing back into a packed schedule. A walk by the canal (Notting Hill) or along the Thames (180 The Strand) can be a beautiful way to integrate.
