OVERVIEW
The work unfolds over ten weekly sessions, divided into two distinct phases. Each phase addresses a different layer of healing—first reprogramming the nervous system through the mind, then releasing what's been stored in the body.
This isn't a rigid protocol. The structure provides a framework, but how we move through it is shaped by what your body reveals and what your nervous system needs.
BEFORE WE BEGIN: THE CONSULTATION
Duration: 15 minutes
Format: Phone, video call, or in-person
This is a brief conversation to establish whether the work is appropriate for where you are right now.
We'll discuss:
What you're currently experiencing (physical symptoms, emotional patterns, blocks)
What you've already tried and what's still unresolved
Whether you're ready to engage actively with the process (this isn't passive treatment)
Practical details (scheduling, session format, fees)
This conversation also gives you a sense of whether you feel comfortable working with me. Trust matters in this work, and you'll know fairly quickly whether it feels right.
If we both agree it's a good fit, we'll schedule your first session.
PHASE ONE: MIND-TO-BODY REPROGRAMMING
Duration: Four weekly sessions
Session length: 60-90 minutes (plus 15 minutes for check-in/integration at the start)
What happens in Phase One:
This phase works primarily through the mind to reprogram your nervous system. We're addressing the automatic responses—hypervigilance, reactivity, fear patterns—that your nervous system learnt years ago and still runs today.
Every session works with your vagus nerve and breath as foundational elements. Beyond that, the specific techniques I use vary depending on what your body needs in that moment. This might include neuroscience-based modalities, psychological reframing to shift limiting beliefs, and awareness practices to help you recognise your triggers in real-time.
I don't use massage, body mapping, guided visualisations, Reiki, or talk therapy. And I won't offer you a menu of techniques to choose from—because what you think you need isn't always what your body actually needs.
What you might experience physically:
Many people notice somatic responses during this phase—tingling, warmth, releasing sensations, sometimes shaking, twitching, or gentle convulsions. This is your body responding to the shifts happening in your nervous system. It's completely normal and often a sign that something is releasing.
What shifts during Phase One:
By the end of these four sessions, most clients notice:
They're calmer, less reactive to situations that used to trigger them
Their thinking feels clearer, less foggy or overwhelmed
They're starting to recognise their patterns in real-time (rather than hours later)
Boundaries are becoming easier to identify and hold
They're sleeping better as hypervigilance decreases
Physical symptoms may already be easing (though deeper shifts come in Phase Two)
Homework:
You'll have small practices to do between sessions—nothing overwhelming, as this phase can already feel activating. The homework is designed to help you integrate what's shifting without adding stress.
Why Phase One matters:
Without this foundation, your mind continues creating new trauma responses even whilst you're trying to release old ones. We need to reprogram the nervous system first, so it stops treating safe situations as dangerous.
PHASE TWO: SOMATIC RELEASE
Duration: Six weekly sessions
Session length: 60-90 minutes (plus 15 minutes for check-in/integration)
What happens in Phase Two:
This phase works directly with what's stored in your body—emotions, memories, survival responses, often from childhood or earlier developmental stages.
We're no longer working primarily through the mind. We're working through sensation, breath, movement, and intuitive body listening.
Again, every session works with your vagus nerve and breath. The specific techniques vary based on what you need—some sessions are deeply meditative, others more active with movement or sound.
This is the phase where I often identify what's stored—what age the trauma is from, what emotion is held there, what it's blocking in your current life. That information helps you make sense of years of confusion and allows the healing process to move more efficiently.
What you might experience physically:
This phase is gentler and more meditative than Phase One, though the releases can be profound.
Some people cry. Some laugh. Some shake, hum, or sing. Some experience deep stillness and calm. Some have physical sensations like heat, cold, tingling, or the feeling of something "moving" through their body. Some burp or experience digestive releases.
There's no right way to release. Your body knows what it needs, and I'm there to guide and witness the process.
What you learn during Phase Two:
By the end of these six sessions, you'll have practical tools to:
Recognise when emotions are surfacing in your body
Release them yourself without needing external support
Downregulate your nervous system when you notice activation
Distinguish between fear (old protective response) and intuition (present-moment guidance)
Activate calm, joy, and safety in your body intentionally
Why Phase Two matters:
Without this phase, trauma stays locked in your tissues. You might understand it intellectually, but your body is still running the old programme. This is why people can do years of talk therapy and still feel it physically.
This phase completes what Phase One started—releasing what's been stored so your nervous system no longer reacts to echoes of the past.
AFTER THE TEN SESSIONS: INTEGRATION & INDEPENDENCE
Once we've completed both phases, you'll have everything you need to continue on your own.
What you leave with:
The ability to recognise nervous system activation and regulate yourself
Tools to release emotions as they arise, without them building up in your body
Clarity about your triggers and patterns, and how to interrupt them
An embodied sense of the difference between fear and intuition
Physical relief from symptoms that were rooted in stored trauma
A sense of being reconnected to yourself—mind, body, and spirit in conversation again
Ongoing support:
During the ten weeks, you're welcome to contact me via WhatsApp if questions or insights arise between sessions. Most clients find they don't need to, as the work takes about a week to fully integrate, but the option is there.
After we finish, you won't need regular sessions. That's the design. If something significant arises months or years later, you're welcome to book a single session for support—but the goal is your independence, not ongoing dependency
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Session frequency: Weekly (this allows time for integration without losing momentum)
Session format: In-person or online (both are equally effective)
Between sessions: You'll have light homework and access to me via WhatsApp for questions
Package options:
Whilst the full ten-session journey (Phase One + Phase Two) offers the most complete transformation, I understand some people prefer to start with Phase One (four sessions) and see how they feel before committing to Phase Two.
Some clients choose to work through just one phase initially. Others know they want the full experience from the start. We can discuss what feels right for you during the consultation.
Investment: Fees vary depending on session length and the package you choose. We'll discuss pricing during your consultation based on what you're looking for.
Booking: I personally schedule all appointments (no automated booking system). This ensures we're working at a pace that suits your nervous system and life circumstances.
IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?
This work is most effective for people who:
Have already done some inner work (therapy, somatic practices, self-development) but know something is still unresolved
Experience physical symptoms they intuitively sense are connected to stress or trauma
Are ready to engage actively (this isn't something I do to you—it's collaborative)
Want tools for lifelong independence, not ongoing treatment
It's not the right fit if:
You're looking for someone to "fix" you without your active participation
You're not ready to feel what you've been avoiding
You want a single session to resolve complex, longstanding patterns
If you're unsure, the 15-minute consultation will help clarify whether this is the right approach for where you are now.
