I work across five core perspectives—psychology, neuroscience, holistic healing, clinical bodywork, and spiritual understanding—but not as separate treatments. I weave them together in ways specific to you, because your nervous system, your history, your blocks are unique.

Every session works with your vagus nerve and breath as foundational elements. Beyond that, what we do is shaped by what your body reveals it needs—not what a protocol dictates, and not what you think you should have.

After our time together, you'll have the tools to regulate yourself, release what arises, and reconnect with your body's wisdom. The work is designed for your independence, not ongoing dependency.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

The work unfolds over ten weekly sessions, divided into two phases:

Phase One: Mind-to-Body Reprogramming (four sessions)
We work with your mind to reprogram your nervous system. This reduces hypervigilance, calms reactivity, and helps your brain build new pathways. You'll develop awareness of your triggers, understand your protective patterns, and begin establishing boundaries that hold.

Phase Two: Somatic Release (six sessions)
We release what's been physically stored—emotions, memories, survival responses often formed in childhood. This phase is gentler, more meditative. You'll learn how to regulate your own nervous system and release emotions as they surface, so you no longer need ongoing support.

Some people prefer to start with Phase One and see how they feel. Others know they want the complete journey from the beginning. We can discuss what feels right during your consultation.
